King Sejong Institute Ljubljana
(KSI Ljubljana)
King Sejong Institute Ljubljana (KSI Ljubljana) is supported by the KSIF (King Sejong Institute Foundation) under the influence of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and welcomes everyone, who is interested in learning Korean language and Korean culture. The institute offers Korean language courses with various levels and interesting classes about Korean culture in theory and practice. The lecturers are native Korean speakers, with teaching certificates. KSI Ljubljana organizes one-day workshops several times a year (Korean food, K-pop dance, Korean traditional games, etc.) In addition, KSI Ljubljana hosts lectures, travelogues and other events related to the Korean language and culture. Korean books and magazines are available to the students at the headquarters of the institute (FF, Tobačna 5, room 5/2/7). Join and discover Korean language and culture at KSI in Ljubljana with us!

The courses at KSI follow each other in the following order of difficulty:
- Beginner levels: 1A, 1B, 2A and 2B,
- Intermediate levels: 3A, 3B, 4A and 4B,
- Advanced levels: 5A, 5B, 6A and 6B.
One school hour lasts 60 minutes, consisting of 50 minutes of active class and 10 minutes of break.
Minimum number of students to run a course: 4.
The institute organizes regular courses, intensive courses and special courses in Korean language and culture.
Regular courses: spring (February - June) and fall (September - December).
Intensive courses: winter (January - February) and summer (June - July).
Special courses: Hangeul class, Travel Korean, Korean through Dramas, Korean through Social Media, Korean through Songs, TOPIK Preparation, Vocabulary / Hanja (Chinese Characters), Writing (Intermediate level), Essay Reading & Writing, etc.

KSI Ljubljana organizes various events that you can attend. At the events, you can learn more about elements of Korean culture. We organize the following events: K-food, K-beauty, K-pop, K-Game, Hangeul Day, Korean Speaking Contest, Traditional Craft Workshops, etc.
All dates of organized events will be published in advance on KSI Ljubljana social media.

SMTOWN London 2025 nagradna igra

Izvajalec: King Sejong Institute Ljubljana (v okviru UL FF)
1. Trajanje in namen nagradne igre
Nagradna igra bo potekala na družbenem omrežju Instagram od datuma objave do 28. aprila 2025.
Namen igre je spodbujanje zanimanja za korejski jezik, kreativno izražanje tečajnikov in promocija dogodka SMTOWN LONDON 2025.
2. Pogoji za sodelovanje
V nagradni igri lahko sodelujejo:
- Polnoletne osebe, ki so stare 18 let ali več in imajo javni profil na Instagramu, na katerem se vidi prejeto število všečkov. Vsaka oseba lahko sodeluje le enkrat.
3. Kako sodelovati
Koraki za sodelovanje:
1. KORAK
Izberi pesem enega izmed izvajalcev, ki nastopajo na SMTOWN LONDON 2025 (glede na uradni poster).
2. KORAK
Z roko napiši svoj najljubši verz v korejščini iz izbrane pesmi.
3. KORAK
Objavi fotografijo svojega rokopisa v objavi na svojem javnem Instagram profilu. V objavi moraš:
- označiti uradni profil FRONTROW (@frontrowglobal)
- označiti uradni profil KSI LJUBLJANA (@ksi_ljubljana)
- uporabiti naslednje ključnike:

4. Nagrade
Podeljenih bo 5 nagrad.
- 5x ena vstopnica za SMTOWN
Nagrade bodo podeljene na podlagi števila všečkov (hearts/likes) na objavi – sodelujoči z največ všečki, ki izpolnjujeno vse pogoje, bodo prejeli po 1 vstopnico.
Vstopnice niso prenosljive.
Nagrada vključuje le vstopnice – vsi ostali stroški (prevoz, nastanitev, prehrana) so v breme udeleženca.
5. Izbor in obveščanje nagrajencev
Izbor bo izveden 30. aprila 2025 na podlagi števila prejetih všečkov pod objavo.
Nagrajenci bodo kontaktirani preko zasebnega sporočila najkasneje v roku 5 delovnih dni po izvedbi izbora. Če se nagrajenec ne odzove na zasebno sporočilo v roku treh delovnih dni, se odpoveduje nagradi in nagrada bo podeljena lastniku naslednje objave z največ prejetimi všečki na dan 29. aprila 2025.
6. Obdavčitev
Posamezna nagrada bo obdavčena v skladu z Zakonom o dohodnini (105. člen in 3. odstavek 108. člena ZDoh-2).
Nagrajenci bodo o davčnih obveznostih obveščeni s strani organizatorja, ki bo potrebne informacije poročal ustreznim organom (FURS).
7. Varstvo osebnih podatkov
Zbrani osebni podatki bodo uporabljeni izključno za izvedbo nagradne igre, izročitev nagrade in poročanje FURS-u.
Podatki bodo obdelani v skladu z veljavno zakonodajo s področja varstva osebnih podatkov.
8. Dodatne določbe
- S sodelovanjem se šteje, da sodelujoči sprejema ta pravila.
- Organizator si pridržuje pravico do spremembe pravil zaradi vsebinskih, pravnih ali tehničnih razlogov.
- V primeru sporov je pristojno sodišče v Ljubljani.
Prijava oseb, mlajših od 18 let, ni dovoljena.
